Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please carefully read the policy below:

1. Unboxing Video Policy

A clear and continuous opening (unboxing) video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests. Requests submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return / Exchange Window

You may raise a return or exchange request within 2 days from the date of delivery. Requests will be accepted only in case of genuine issues and must be supported by an opening (unboxing) video.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a product pickup from your address (subject to service availability).

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected, which typically takes 7–10 days from the date of request.

3. Reverse Pickup Policy

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged with a maximum of two pickup attempts.
  • If the courier partner is unable to collect the parcel after two attempts, the customer must self-ship the product via India Post (Registered Parcel).
  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability at your pincode.

4. How to Raise a Request

You must send the opening (unboxing) video along with your concern to the above WhatsApp number.

5. Product Condition

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, exactly as received.

Any product returned in a used, damaged, altered, or poor condition will be rejected, and no refund or exchange will be provided.

6. Exchange & Return Charges

If the correct product, color, size, and design are delivered as per the order, but an exchange is requested due to size issues or personal preference, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Charges will vary based on the product’s size and weight.

Returns are NOT accepted if the product is exactly as ordered but does not fit the idol (murti) or is not liked after delivery.

👉 In such cases, only exchange will be provided, not return.

We strongly recommend verifying the product size before placing an order.

  • Minimum return charge of ₹150 applies for parcels up to 500 gm.
  • Return charges may vary based on parcel dimensions or weight.

7. Non-Returnable Collections

Return or exchange is not allowed for the following categories:

  • Laddu Gopal Furniture
  • Jewellery
  • Items priced below ₹150

Note: An opening (unboxing) video is mandatory even in case of defects. In rare exceptional cases where a return is approved, reverse pickup will not be provided. Customers must self-ship the product at their own cost.

8. Refund Mode & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Refunds apply only to prepaid / online payment orders.
  • COD charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will not be accepted.

11. Exchange Limitation

Only one exchange is allowed per order. Once the exchanged product is delivered, no further exchange or refund will be applicable.
