Self-Shipping for Returns / Exchanges

If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, or if the product belongs to a category that does not support reverse pickup (such as furniture or jewellery), kindly courier the product to the address mentioned below.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours after order confirmation, including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Dispatch may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or festive seasons (e.g., Janmashtami, Diwali, Holi, etc.).

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–8 business days

We ensure secure and careful packaging and assign the most suitable courier partner to ensure timely delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

  • ₹50 shipping charge on orders up to ₹500
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders above ₹500

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • ₹0 – ₹500 : ₹90
  • ₹501 & Above : ₹65

4. Important Notes

  • If an order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered, the complete order amount including shipping charges will be refunded.
  • If part of an order is cancelled, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If an order is delivered and later returned, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Address Accuracy
